In mid-December, the network revealed exciting news: Haha, You Clowns has been picked up for two more seasons. This offers creator Joe Cappa a massive runway to further explore the story of the Campbell family. The series focuses on three respectful teenage brothers whose primary trait is their deep love for their widowed father, with Cappa portraying for all four key characters.

The official statement also included commendation from Adult Swim president Michael Ouweleen, who called the series as "profoundly sincere and strangely uncanny." He specifically highlighted the fans who found the show and championed its distinctly quirky style.

“We're stuck in a cycle of irony that we can't get ourselves out of,” said Cappa. “It feels as if we have to know we’re the smartest person in the room when we're watching stuff. I feel like we've been doing this for too long, and we must laugh at something different now. It's time for comedy to grow.”
